This year, I had an experience working as an event management intern in a European Union Eastern Partnership program. I was specifically working on the Vision and Action Initiative, which was a program for refugees, internally displaced people, and people with disabilities, organizing different workshops and activities related to building careers. We were teaching various career-specific skills that participants needed. I was responsible for helping organize the workshops and communicating with the participants. I found it really enjoyable because I got to know new people and learned new skills with the help of my mentors. This was actually a very rewarding experience for me.
