Okay, I would like to share with you my experience at TB Bank Transaction Office. I reckon that their service was too good to deny. Yesterday morning, I went to the Transaction Office, TB Bank Transaction Office, of course, to update my identification because I lost the ID from two years ago. I remember the exact time. I met a bank teller. She looked gorgeous and had a soft voice. The process operated quickly and smoothly. I could not believe that it could be that fast. The bank teller was really patient with me. I forgot my last signatures on the bank papers, and she tried to help me recall them with a smile on her lips without feeling irritated. That was the best bank service I have received until now. I believe that good service depends on the system, not only on the system and the process but also on the person we work with. In the TB Bank Transaction Office, they had all of these factors which contributed to their perfect service. I believe that this service can please the most fastidious customer.
