Okay, I’d like to talk about a long-term goal which is to become stronger in the future. To become stronger, nowadays I have caught the habit of working out regularly. To build up my muscle, I think working out is a necessity for me to accomplish the goal. Now I go to the gym for days or three days to four days a week and I will do push-ups and pull-ups to build up a muscle to make myself look more muscly. aside apart from that I also change my habit of my change my diet I now I follow a particular regimen and such as maintain a fixed consumption of protein I will calculate how calories I have consumed to make sure that I reach a a certain level of intake of nutrients like protein, starch and fat. To prevent myself becoming to becoming physically I don’t like, I also will check my consumption of fat. I believe that working out can boost my confidence because years ago I was obsessed with my figure because I was self-conscious about myself being skinny. I hope I can keep this habit in the future and become more confident in myself.
