One of the most interesting and memorable statues for me is the Alisher Navoyi statue, which is located in Navoyi Park. Navoyi Park is in Samarkand, in the center of the city, which is near my house, so I like to go there often. What I like the most is the lake. There is a big lake between the statue and the children's playground. It is a historical place, which was built in the 17th century. Alisher Navoyi even visited this place. This statue was a memorable site in the past, but then it was incorporated into the park with a lake, which was constructed by builders. This statue looks very good and new because it was rebuilt recently. Many people in our city don't like this statue because they find it tedious and boring. They think it doesn't matter to them if it stands or not. I think this is very unfortunate because we should admire and appreciate the history of this park, especially the statue, because it is very beautiful.
