I would like to recall an instance when I was invited for a party by the team in my company where I work. The event is organized by the head of the department and they named it as our team potluck. They split our team into two sides. One side should cook and bring vegetarian and the other side should bring non-vegetarian. And the remaining members who attended on that day should bring desserts. So everyone was making their own points on what they were going to bring on that day. And after a couple of days when the day came on that day they brought their own dishes which they were planned previously. And they need to arrange them on a table. So the two teams which they have divided should switch their own dishes between them and they should eat and review the food which is made by their own team members. And after that they also need to give a feedback of the dishes and the events which has been organized by the head of the department to their managers. So on the whole I had a unique experience filled with laughter and delicious food and a sense of unity which I haven’t experienced in the previous gatherings. Unfortunately there was another event which is our team-mates birthday. Unexpectedly we couldn’t be able to celebrate this birthday because of our type schedules with client meetings and in the critical project. So hopefully we will be able to celebrate this.
