A special product from my area that is very popular in my country is a sweet dish called Rosh Malai, which is very tasty and loved by the people. It's made with cottage cheese and milk. The main ingredients are cottage cheese and milk. First, it's a dough made with cottage cheese, salt, and sugar, and then we form it into balls. These balls are then boiled in sugar syrup. This sweet dish is very tasty because of its flavor and balanced sweetness. Rosh Malai is served on various occasions like weddings, birthdays, and other functions.
