There are so many breathtaking buildings in the world, but I would like to talk about the Topkapi Palace. The Topkapi Palace is located in the historical center of Istanbul, Turkey. This palace looks like a large complex surrounded by high walls with beautiful gardens, spacious courtyards, and buildings decorated with colorful ceramic tiles, mosaics, and carved windows. Many buildings have domes and towers, and the terraces offer a wonderful view of the sea and the city. The halls are richly decorated with glass, gold, mother of pearl, and precious stones, showcasing the luxury of the Ottoman era. A special attraction is the harem with its narrow corridors, mosaics, and lavishly decorated chambers. Today, the palace serves as a museum displaying the Sultan's treasures, weapons, jewelry, and manuscripts. Regarding its functions, the Topkapi Palace is essential for the Turkish nation as the representatives of the Ottoman dynasty lived there. However, currently, it is a museum where visitors can see jewelry, weapons, the Sultan's clothes, and other historical artifacts. Personally, I like this palace as I am really interested in the movie Magnificent Century, which is dedicated to the history of the Ottoman Empire. Additionally, it is very beautiful. The buildings and decorations hold many interesting stories about the lives of Sultanas and their time.
