New Year is the best time to make promises to your loved ones or to yourself. Last year, I made a promise to myself to exercise daily because I had serious health issues related to fatty liver, and I was very worried at that moment. My family doctor recommended that I exercise daily. Afterwards, I joined a gym, and there I did exercises, but after some time, I struggled with time management. So, I decided to wake up at 5 AM, and at that time, I always feel energetic and motivated to exercise. Moreover, after a couple of months, I felt energetic and motivated, and my muscles improved significantly. I was very happy because I felt great looking in the mirror. Last year, I was overweight, but now I feel much better. I have made significant progress, and I am proud of my journey towards better health.
