The new year is the best time to make a resolution, whether with your loved ones or by yourself. Today, I am going to talk about a resolution I made in the new year. This resolution was to exercise daily. I made this resolution last year because I had serious health issues related to fatty liver, and I was not able to walk properly. After that, my doctor advised me, and I resolved to exercise daily. I decided to go to the gym and work out there. However, I faced challenges because I had to go to work in the morning, so I was unable to create a timetable. Eventually, I made a proper timetable, and I started waking up at 5 a.m.
