Thank you for your card and your time. Now, I'm going to talk about the product that I read about on Facebook. It was the product of Ultima Lifestyle Earbuds. I read the review on the Internet, and I purchased the product. The design of the product was really nice. However, the way they advertised the product regarding the noise cancellation features and sound quality was not accurate. They guaranteed their product, but in actual use, it was completely different. I feel like they are scamming. They are only launching their product for short-term use. I do not recommend this product to anyone else because it was really disappointing and I was not satisfied. Thank you.
