I believe that it is not good for the students also because it collapse students career. If some institution and professor can bend mobile phone during the school hours, it increases the output of the students. So students give their concentration towards the study and it will helpful for students career also. I believe it is a very strict rule but if institution follow these rules, it would make many positive impact for students career as well as the institution also. Sometimes I believe that in some extent it is very helpful for education. Some people watch some video of study on mobile phone laptop but I believe that in larger extent it hamper the student. It decrease the students thinking power and improve the many eye problem. So if this rule that I would like to change in the future.
