I think this skill is an invaluable skill because I’m an English teacher and I need to know how to effectively communicate and get along with my students well. Moreover, I think an effective teacher is the one who not only good at the English itself, but the language itself, but also know how to communicate and interact or to create a report with your students so that they have more motivation and engagement during the class and they are more willing to take the course with me.
