I think that one of the most important and difficult to learn skills is time management. Time management is ability to control how you manage your time. It’s ability to actually divide parts of your day and dedicate them towards different your goals. It is difficult to learn because we live in the modern society with lots of distractions. And especially with social media and social networks, it started to seem almost impossible. You always go home, start scrolling and then you wake up at 9. of that you feel as if whole day was spent on nothing. And I’ve tried to learn it through many different self-improvement books. Sometimes I read the book called Atomic Habits. It also helps with that, but to be honest it almost feels impossible to learn time management Now, the only option I found out is to use, I don’t remember the name, Greek’s technique, one of the philosophers. It was to save yourself from distractions and get rid of distractions. You just log them somewhere. Maybe you leave your phone in another room so that you could be focused on the task you are given.
