I am an introvert, I am an NTP, and I have social phobia, so I used to be more socially anxious, also scared of making eye contact. If I don't learn all the topics or speeches, I can't do improvisation. Of course, to improve and develop our speech, we must use body language, be confident, have no anxiety, and get accustomed to the public. When I moved to college, I forced myself to defend the topics, and most people don't care what you defend. Here.
