One skill that was difficult for me to learn was public speaking. I tried improving it by watching good speakers, practicing in front of a mirror, and talking to myself, and slowly pushing myself to speak in small groups. What made it hard was the nervousness and overthinking, and how I sometimes forgot what to say. My mind would go blank, and I was scared of saying the wrong thing. I'm still learning, but I think I have improved a lot by practicing consistently and taking small steps until I became more comfortable and confident. I think that's it.
