To be honest, I can count only a few times when I give a speech to the public as I feel very anxious and worried when I face a big audience. So here I would like to talk about a time when I gave really good speech to my classmates. There is an annual football event which is held in my school and last year we got defeated by our parallel class. And the reason of our defeat was our low morale and since we were really discouraged and un-mattreated because we thought that our opponents were better at football than us. However, it wasn’t so, so I, as the captain of the team, decided to avoid the mistakes of the previous year and recorded a video of misplaced of our opponents while they are playing and showed to my teammates. Then in this year, we trained a lot, and it has results. We became champions this year. So one valuable lesson that I learned from this situation was that sometimes, a moral condition of team have greater role on its performance than its physical preparation.
