However, here I would like to talk about one motivating speech that I gave to my teammates. There is an annual football event which is held in my school and last year we got lost in final match against our parallel class. And the reason of our defeat was in our low moral. Because we thought that they are better at football than us and it really discovered our moral condition so I as a team commander decided to prevent these mistakes and recorded their misplays and how they feel our confidence and our estimate our our estimate us. So we this year we trained a lot and it gave and it gave results. So we became so we became champions in in this year. And one valuable lesson that I learned, that I have learned is that the moral condition of the team has a great role in performance.
