To be honest, throughout my life I can count only a couple of speeches that I have delivered to the public, as I feel very anxious and worried when I face a big audience. However, here I would like to talk about a time when I gave a very good speech to my classmates. There is an annual football event which is held in my school and last year we got defeated by our parallel classmates. And the reason of our defeat was in our low morale. As we saw that our opponents were better than us at football, so we just give up before game arrived since our morale was really crushed. So I as a team leader decided not to prevent the mistakes of previous year and recorded misleads of of them while they are playing a match and want to describe how they feel too confident and our estimate, our estimate us. So this year we trained a lot and it gave us results. We became champions in this year. So I have learned a very valuable lesson and that the moral condition of the team has even bigger role than its physical preparation.
