So well I would like to talk about one time when a friend of mine had to apologize because of the thing that he had done. So it was a year ago like in the middle of winter so one of my friend called Osalbe called me at night so then he asked for money and he explained his situation and that he had that he hadn’t received his stipendum yet so that is why he was a bit short of money and then because of of the way he talked and because of his innocence, I didn’t double guess and just gave the money straightly. And then he promised that he would give the money back within a week or so. So then I said okay and no problem and then I waited and waited and I counted days but the day finally came but however it’s my surprise, he didn’t call me back and he didn’t even talk about giving the money as well. So then, instead of calling back and asking for my money, like, you know, in a hard way possible, I just, you know, called myself down and didn’t think about asking for my money back. Instead, I just said goodbye and like, you know, cut my contact with him as well. So then, after two months or something, he called me back and he asked me, like, how I was doing and why I wasn’t calling him or something like that. And then I said, I was okay with something like the inner, you know, what called the way possible. And then he said that he was sorry out of nowhere. I didn’t really realize why he was saying that. And then it hit me. He was talking about the money that he had taken. Wow. And then he said that he was sorry and he said he wanted to give it back. And I rejected his idea and said, you can keep it. And at the end of the day, he really apologized to me for his irresponsibility because it showed that not only was he irresponsible but also he was reluctant to give the money back. And I understood his situation because he was a student and he also has expenses of things like that. So at the end of the day I realized whenever I give something valuable like money or belongings I need to be extra careful and make sure that the person I’m giving or trusting should be reliable on the other side so that there won’t be any problems in the future. So that’s my really key takeaway in this situation.
