I have had both negative and positive experience while working in teams. Today I’going to talk about the best experience I have had. I think it was because I had a good raort with the team members and also because the role I undertook was something I enjoyed a lot. On that day in my university education, in my fourth semester, I had a subject to earn credits. And the subject is NSS. It is a subject experiencing about theoretical and practical learning for social service. My professor initiated us to do an experiment about many topics on each and every team. Given a topic and we have to explain it in a chat and even we have to present it in front of all the students in my class of six team members. Six members should form a team and each team should present a single charat. She gave us nearly two hors for presenting the chat in my team. Me and my friend John are very much interested in doing this topic or, uh, topic is joint family. My friend John gave me much ideas to draw a comic and I’m the artist. On that day we also read some journals and, uh, some books in libraries. We searched on Internet, on sitting, uh, in my class. I still remember that day, how we spent that afternoon. John presented and experienced each and every information we collected. And she really explained well. It was a team presentation. I think we practiced giving the presentation three to four times. So that made me much more confident. I, uh, think, uh, if John hadn’t motivated me, then we wouldn’t have done it great, the presentation, and it made me realize the importance of being a team member on that day. And I, uh, think it was very good experience with all my teammates and this is the good experience in my university education life.
