Conventional National Society has always placed a high premium on supporting people. It is not a far-fetched idea that helping others is a cornerstone in traditional society, as there are invaluable testimonies to prove that supporting someone is constructive. It can be defined as striving for empathy, compassion, sensitivity, kindness, and humility. Two years back, I lived in a place called Kalambo for my education. One day, I saw a blind woman struggling to cross the road. As I was on my way to the university for my classes, I helped her cross the road and escorted her to her destination. It is not a fallacy to assert that helping others, irrespective of their age, gender, disability, ethnicity, religion, or social background, would pave the way for an altruistic and virtuous process of ethical behavior. I felt like a better servant of love with a sensible mind, a compassionate heart, and an openness to seek and understand the deepest aspects of human life.
