Recently I heard a news about coffee on social media. The topic was that coffee was harmful for our brain. Firstly, when I heard this news, I thought it was fake. That's why I searched other media to see if this news was true or not. I watched different types of podcasts as well as books because I usually take a cup of coffee every night to stay awake, as I have to study a lot and wake up at night. That's why I take coffee every day of my life. If it is harmful for my brain and could damage it, it would be very disappointing, and I would have to avoid it. That's why when I heard this news, I felt very anxious. After researching some podcasts and other books, I realized that it was just a clickbait because there is no scientific or forensic evidence that coffee can harm our brain or our health. It's just fake news. It made me realize that we should not believe any news without clarification or justification. So I think it taught me how I should believe, what I should believe, and what I should not. Yeah, that's all.
