Oh, it's hard to remember something like that, but I'm trying to recall an excellent experience. Actually, I've remembered now. Yesterday, I was going to buy some perfume for myself, and the salesman was very kind, awesome, and handsome. After I bought one perfume, I ended up purchasing an extra one because of his kind treatment and his smile. I think smiling, good communication, and self-confidence are key for good service and customer satisfaction. Although he's a young man, he's not just an expert in sales or something that we often see on social media, where people claim to be the best in sales or offer advice on how to earn a million in one week. They ask, 'Why are you not a millionaire yet?' That's not the case here. This young man is simple. You might think he comes from a humble background, but he has talent. Maybe in five years, he will be a millionaire, and others will still be struggling. You never know what the future holds. But the one thing I noticed is that he was genuinely working hard and consistently. I think I would 100% agree with the idea that dedication and effort are what truly matter in customer service.
