We were attending a parent-teacher meeting when I tried to think of a time I did something embarrassing to a family member. The first thing that comes to mind is an accident that happened when I was six years old. I was in elementary school and I was really into games and computer animation. I was very lazy and didn't study much. During this time, I did a lot of things that made my parents very upset. I remember that I had a really important final exam in my class, but I didn't study for it. I lied to the teacher and said I had studied. The teacher asked my parents to come to school to talk to me. At that time, I felt very scared and regretful. I apologized to my parents and they forgave me for my mistake, but I still felt guilty. I understood that if I wanted to achieve success in life, I needed to become a responsible person. I felt terrible because my parents worked so hard for me, but I was making them very sad. When I went home, my parents didn't scold me for that problem, but I saw my mom crying. After that, I promised to do better in high school and not disappoint my parents.
