Some years ago, I started to work in a Chinese market where I was supposed to sell bags and help the Chinese man who was my boss. He didn't speak much Russian, but I did, and I was doing it at that time as well. I had to help advertise things and sell. First of all, I didn't know how to sell because I had never done it before. At the same time, I didn't want to show it because I really needed that job. I was very disciplined and tried to be on time for work. I didn't talk much; I was serious and really focused on my work. After some time, I started to notice that my boss tried to help me as he was concerned about my situation as a young girl from a not very economically developed country. He saw me as someone like his daughter, and he tried to help by selling together and paying well. It was a very interesting experience in my life, and I'm very proud of myself. I can see how much I grew from that experience.
