Well, recently I’ve been working in a company doing my internship for my graduation in psychology. And maybe a challenging situation, I can say, it could be when my boss took her vacations for one week and left me, she left me alone. with all the tasks and everything, the activities to do. It was very challenging because I’m an intern, I’m not a boss, so I had to take all the tasks, all the responsibilities, and I had to make some decisions about the process we see in human resources. it was very challenging for me because I know all the process but sometimes make decisions like that in the process are very difficult for me to take because sometimes there are very sensitive situations with the employees. So in that moment I only thought about how my boss would resolve this problem and undo it by myself and trust myself on my knowledge and try to solve by myself without asking her in her vacations. I learned that time that I need to trust myself more and make decisions sometimes. That’s part of the life.
