At work, I need to persuade my colleagues often. For example, the last time I persuaded my colleagues about our decision to build a new system. They said we needed to build a full system, spend two months, and only after this job could we get results. But I offered to make the first stage of the system with many functions. My main argument was that we would spend a little bit of time and get results early, and then we could build the full system. They agreed with me.
