My most favorite food is actually something I enjoy at every festival. So, if there's any important date or event, I always try to prefer biryani. To elaborate briefly, biryani is a dish that's not quite simple to make. It takes a lot of steps, but mostly rice, chicken or beef, and spices are needed. Biryani is one of the most favorite and popular foods among people in Bangladesh. Interestingly, you'll find biryani shops in every corner, in towns, cities, even in villages. There's been a significant growth in the number of biryani shops. Personally, I have a big fascination with this food. Whenever there's an event, like Friday, which is a very important day for Muslim people because we pray together at the mosque, and after coming home, I especially like to try biryani. Although it's high in cholesterol and fat, which isn't great for health, I'm a bit of a foodie, so on every occasion, I try to eat biryani. Or, if it's a birthday or any special occasion, we make biryani. To be honest, a lot of people like it, and they'll be happy if you serve them biryani.
