Today I would like to talk about a water body that I visited about two years ago. It happened when my school organized a trip to Shimla. There is a lake which is quite renowned for its beauty. The name of the lake is Shinala Lake. It is quite eminent in that city. Apart from this, when we reached there, we just clicked the picture. When we saw there were different kinds of fishes and we did fishing there. We also felt that fishing should be banned after doing this. Apart from this, when I saw the lake, I felt so calm and peaceful. I was just seeing and hearing the sparkling sound of water. There were some people who were just throwing the ashes in the river. It is getting contaminated nowadays. I have seen the news regarding that as well. Two years ago, the lake was phenomenal. The water was too pure. I can see my hand in it if I put it into the river. This was the time when I visited a water body which was situated in Shimla. Today, whenever I see the picture which I took around the river, it brings tears out of my eyes. This is the river that I feel more connected to. I feel that this is also a part of nature. Being connected to nature is such a great thing in everybody’s life. Thank you.
