In that case, let’s go. Well, um, I think my favorite activity when I was a child, that would definitely be riding a bike, especially when I was going to primary school. I really enjoyed riding a bike for a number of reasons. Obviously, it’s a great way to keep fit. Like, it can help you to stay in good shape or get into shape if you are out of shape already. Um, at the same time, it helps, it helped me feel refreshed and it still helps me to hit the refresh button, um, if I feel like I’m stressed out. So it’s a great way to feel refreshment. And also it gives me an incredible energy boost. Like, if I ride a bike in the morning, it keeps me energized for the day and it’s just really great. I think it’s also a great workout because riding a bike, it’s, uh, physically demanding. So you are literally using your legs all the time and, uh, you’re also kind of using your body as a whole. So I think it’s definitely a good workout for your body and it also helps you to relieve stress. Like, if you’re having some problems in your personal or professional life, then I think riding a bike can help you to escape from those problems and find some momentary relief. And for me, it was a, uh, really good means of relaxation. Like, it helps me to clear my mind. And it was a great way to start the day because I usually rode a bike in the morning, but sometimes when I felt like it, I also rode a bike in the evening just before I went to bed. So it was a great way to end the day as well. But one thing I should tell you is that riding a bike can be incredibly addictive. Like, um, it can take up every minute, every free time. And once you get used to it, you can’t get enough of it. You just keep riding. I think it becomes you reach a point where you can’t help yourself but ride a bike every single time. And I was one of those addicts, I guess, um, as a child, because I really loved riding a bike. But nowadays, unfortunately, I can’t ride a bike as much as I want to because I live in a big city and, um, I have to take a taxi to reach my destination. And it’s a bit dangerous to ride a bike on, uh, major highways. But whenever I go back home, I make sure to ride a bike as much as I can.
