Well, the first one that pops into my head is my friend’s uncle. If my memory serves me right, the story goes back around 3 months ago. It was my friend’s birthday party and more or less I knew the participants as most of them were our mutual friends. But it was for the first time that I had seen her uncle. He was lofty and slim. He had a dazzling smile and lovely complexion. He was also a posh person. I mean, he had dressed to the nines. In the middle of the party, we struck up on a conversation and I figured that he is a mint and prominent figure in music. He was able to play several musical instruments without attending any classes. He was a famous composer and he had worked with several famous singers. That was really amazing. He was also multilingual and was able to speak several languages with broad accent. But what made him special to me was that although he was a head and shoulders above others, he was totally down to earth. He was the life and soul of the party. He lost track of time with him as he always cracks hilarious jokes. He was such a social butterfly and he could easily make new friends and everyone would enjoy his company. After the party, I asked more about him from my friend and she said that he is a diligent and total go-getter. He never gives up on his goals. He is not easily discouraged. Although he has started from scratch, it’s like he has determined to succeed. From that time, he has become a great source of inspiration for me. I really admire him and look up to him. I idealize him because of his courage, dignity and humility and to be honest, I would like to follow his footsteps.
