Recently, I had a fascinating conversation with my friend about school, and they usually use the term called silence treatment, or silent treatment. I had no idea about this term, and I was so curious about it that I asked my friend to shed light on it for me. After I understood the term, I realized that most of my friends use it regarding their partners when they have a conflict, and they use it when the other person can't stand the relationship anymore. I felt that nowadays, a lot of English terms are applied in their conversations. I don't know if you can understand this. One more thing I noticed is that these days, people tend to use a lot of English terms in their daily lives. So, I think that's not always the case, but it seems to be a trend.
