One traditional story that I find particularly interesting is the tale of the hare and the turtle. I first heard this story in my primary school when my teacher narrated it to the class. Later, I came across it again in children's books and even in animated versions on television. The story is about a race between a slow but steady turtle and a fast but overconfident hare. At the beginning, the hare runs so quickly that he is sure of winning. So he decides to take a nap midway. Meanwhile, the turtle continues slow but steady and crosses the finish line first. The moral of the story is that persistence and consistency often lead to success, while overconfidence can cause failure. In my opinion, the story that slow and steady wins the race remains relevant in academic work and even in personal life. Moreover, the idea to use animals as characters in the story is effective. This story shows that consistency can lead to success, but overconfidence can cause failure.
