So I enjoy doing exercises in general. I do exercise every day, like, 40, 50 minute uh, to keep my body in shape, but the thing that I enjoy the most is riding bike like, in my secondary school, I used to ride my bike to school, which is like 5 kilometers away from my home. So a day, I would be riding like 20 kilometers in total. So I gotta use it, uh, and it helped me to kind of lose weight as well as at that time, I was really fat overweight. 95 kilograms for a, uh, sixteen years old boy. I was quite a lot over the line. Um, so when I did go to school on my bike, like, in my secondary school, I go on a I went on a road which caused a battery field. I really lost one at that. So every day, I got to see a beautiful scenery with Valley Fields and about a sky that was really nice to me as at that time, I was somewhat depressed from my studying. I could not really adapt to the new environment back then. And so the scenery which is really awesome. Help me kinda, uh, improve my mental health condition. And even now, I do still go to school by bike even though the road is not as relaxing us before. Like, we hide many vehicles on the road, and it affects my lungs. As I had some problems with it from when I was really small, I do still enjoy riding bikes as I can go anywhere I want. I’m just with my bike and my food. That is really interesting.
