In the contemporary era people are not following the proper diet or healthy food. So they are becoming more obesity nowadays. And here I would like to talk about something I do to keep fit and healthy in my daily life. That was, I usually do cardio in every evening. I live in a hill station. So after completing my work I went to near my home town and work out. There was a football ground so I can easily do cardio exercises in there. So it gives me more opportunity to work there. And I do in every evening. And I also play football. That also good for my health. Afterwards I went to, there was a near river is there. So I went there and soon. So it’s also a good cardio workout. So afterwards I go to my home and drink plenty of water to maintain my fluid balance. Also I ate more protein fruits to repair my muscle strength and all. I always went with my friends. Like there are six friends I have who also come with me. And four of them are training to get to the Indian army. So they help me a lot to gain the exercise. Nowadays fit and healthy is very important because people are not following the diet or healthy food. Because currently people are living in hectic lifestyle. So they don’t have enough time to eat proper meal or maintain the food. Because after reaching my home I didn’t consider healthy food. After becoming more fat and old. So I decided I have to get more.
