I want to talk about my friend Arip. He is 18 years old. He has a really positive habit that I would love to develop. He is a very active and energetic person. The habit he has is doing exercise every single day. He follows a proper routine even if he is busy. Sometimes he goes for a morning walk. also does work out at home. First, I noticed this habit around one year ago when we started meeting. At that time, I realized that no matter what his schedule looked like, even if we made plan in the evening, he would finish his workout first and then join us.
