That means we normally eat lot of spicy foods like butter chicken, mutton biryani and beef biryani. Today I am going to talk about a special food that is only made on Christmas. It is very famous in India as well. It is none other than chicken biryani. Normally we make this food during the traditional festivals like on Christmas or even eat. I think there are several preparations for making the chicken biryani. First we have to marinate the chicken with the yogurt, turban meat powder, chili powder and even garam masala. We have to keep it for 20 minutes. And secondly we have to boil the rice around 20 minutes on a love flame. After that normally we mix the rice with the marinated chicken and keep it on the stove for around 1 hour. Whenever I have the chicken biryani I feel very happy and it is more delicious than any other food that I have. Recently I talked with my mom and she told me how to make this food because in the upcoming December I am going to make one chicken biryani. It is a big festival for all around the world. Also recently I had a plate of chicken biryani from an Indian restaurant in Halifax. However I did not find it. It was very well. So this is the food I like a lot and we normally make it in our country during the festival.
