I can explain about it. First of all, my favorite food is baklava. Baklava is usually prepared for religious festivals, which are Ramadan and Kurban. When we go to visit our relatives, they usually give us this dessert. This is a sort of dessert, and it's prepared with flour, nuts, sugar, water, and some sort of powder. When we eat it, we go back to our childhood memories, and it's really sweet and traditional. If you want to make it, you have to prepare it for maybe two or three hours, and it's really difficult. Actually, there are different types of baklava, but usually, it's a mix of nuts, sugar, and flour. I like it because it's a really specific and authentic thing in Turkey. When I eat it, I feel really comfortable and happy.
