When it comes to my mind, all the best food at a traditional festival, the first that comes to mind is truong gai, a traditional cake that Vietnamese people often eat during their holidays. This is one of the most famous cakes in Vietnam. We have a long history of people expressing gratitude to ancestors at home. To make this cake, it requires a lot of time and effort.
