But every Friday, every occasional Friday, my mom used to bake this kind of dessert for us, because Fridays in Iran are holidays and we don’t have to go to school. So we ate Kachi, but originally it’s a dessert that they make for women that are going to have labor or already have labored, and because they believe that it has very strong kind of additives that make you strong or stuff like this, it’s believed that it’s good for women that had recently labored or some other occasions. And I like because you know the combination of sugar and wheat is going to give a very complex and yet sweet taste to it, and it’s kind of aromatic and I love the aroma and the fragrance of the dessert. And you know it’s mouth watering and it makes you to kind of take your breath away.
