It is quite a eye catched dish because it, it is garnished with the sesame seed which added a nice presentation. In fact, I I first time had a chance to try it, uh, try it, uh, two years ago when I visited to him to meet one of my friends in Manali. And it was really great experience for me because my friend invited me to explore local customs. In fact, uh, I was d excited to not only explore local customs, but also traditional food. That’s why it was really unusual for me and I liked it a lot. It is actually now my favorite cuisines. So this is the time when I tried my favorite food at a traditional festival.
