Since my childhood, I have written all assignments and also some tasks in a notebook using a pen. I frequently use a pen because I have a daily journal. Through this journal, I can express all my feelings and thoughts on paper, and the best thing is that it helps prevent overthinking. The pen is a great tool for this.
