Many kids don't get enough exercise because of this. They spend a lot of time on screens and have busy school schedules. Sometimes they don't have a safe place to play, but people are becoming more aware of this problem. Parents, schools, and communities are trying to help kids be more active. It's important to keep encouraging exercise for their health and happiness.
