Well, this is a good question. My opinion, of course, yes. Because, you know, people with this way to do could be very uncomfortable in public. This way to do reminds me of 1-9-8-4 by George Howell, the big brother watching you. And I think this measure is not a real good thing for people just walking around the park, city because personally speaking I would feel like very uncomfortable in those situations and maybe governments could decide to invest their money in a different way to guarantee safety in public, you know what I mean.
