I'm not sure about other people, but personally, I find shows about celebrities more interesting because they show a glimpse of lifestyles and experiences that most of us don't usually see. On the other hand, shows about ordinary people can also be engaging, especially when they share unique talents or stories. But in general, I would say shows about celebrities tend to grab my attention more.
