Absolutely, social media has changed the way people form relationships. First of all, I advise people to spend a lot of quality time on outdoor activities, like walking, gardening, and other outdoor pursuits. Nowadays, people spend a lot of time just scrolling through social media and on technology. It can lead to addiction, especially among teenagers. They compare themselves to others and believe in unrealistic lifestyles. Some users only share travel, shopping, and other activities, and they just think, 'Why can't I see that?'

Absolutely, social media has changed the way people form relationships. First of all, advise people to spend a lot of quality time for outdoor activities, a walking, gardening and another outdoor activity. At present, days, people spend a lot of time just scrolling social media and they spend a lot of time on technology. It can lead to addiction, especially teenagers.
