I feel like the definition of celebrity has evolved with the rise of influencer culture. I think that it is not as prestigious as it used to be. For instance, anyone can become well-known nowadays with social media everywhere. I think people have used this platform to become a celebrity themselves. I am very happy for them because I feel like the title celebrity itself is defined as someone who has influence, and that could be any regular human being. Another point that I would love to emphasize is that although a lot of people can become a celebrity, not everyone has the talent and grit to succeed in the entertainment industry as traditional celebrities do. For example, not everyone understands how to act in front of a TV series and handle the amount of paparazzi and fame, as well as the hatred they constantly receive, you know, the celebrities. So it's a double-edged sword, I think.
