It might prefer some person over another based on the regression data it collected and the patterns it recognized from the training dataset. As a result, some people with more skills and actually talented people might not be hired through this process. On the other hand, if a human tries to do the hiring process, he will use his intuition that will help guide the process. He will not be fixed to a rigid structure or any training patterns or ideas that will force the decision of the hiring process. As a result, it will have a real life importance of the skills that are actually necessary for achieving the task or the job that the people are applying for. As a result, using artificial intelligence for hiring or recruitment processes is actually not a good idea as it will create biases and cause unfair outcomes.
