This was actually a nice topic because I just did my interview before this, and it's using AI for my hiring process. So I have a very natural position regarding that issue because I personally think that I am more into a traditional method of using a personal HR interview or human-based interactions instead of AI in the hiring process. But again, I think the negative impact of that might be affecting the subjective fit of the HR interviewer towards the applicants or candidates. While AI doesn't have the ability to detect feelings, emotions, or any subjectivity because it doesn't have a mind or the ability to react to that. But I personally don't think it will. I think we have to separate between what kind of hiring process or hiring stages need AI to evaluate candidates' qualifications or measurements. But I think for the interview processes or the final pitch, the bosses or managers have to spend some time to look at the candidates more closely, to be able to observe their personalities and what traits they have to offer instead of using AI.

This was actually a nice topic because I just did my interview before this and it’s using an AI for my hiring process. So actually I have a very, you know, kind of like, natural position in regards to that concerning that issue because I personally think that I am actually more into a traditional method of like using a personal HR interview or like a human-based interactions instead of AI in the hiring process. But again, I think the negative impact of that might be, you know, affecting the subjective fit of the HR interviewer towards the applicants or candidates. While AI couldn’t have the ability to detect that feelings, emotions, or any subjectivity because they’re not having a minor, not having the feeling to be able to react to that. But I personally don’t think it will up. I think it is we have to separate between what kind of the hiring process or hiring stages needed an AR to be able to evaluate candidates, qualifications or measurements. But I think for the interview processes or the final pitch, I think the bosses or the managers have to be able to spend some time to be able to look at the candidates more closely, to be able to look at the direct personalities and what traits are more to offer instead of using AI.

Artificial intelligence can make hiring faster and more efficient, but it also raises several ethical concerns. The main issue is bias. If an AI system is trained using past recruitment data that contains discrimination, it may continue to favor certain genders, age groups or educational backgrounds. Another concern is transparency, because applicants may not understand […]

How might the growing use of artificial intelligence in hiring processes impact job seekers' chances of getting fair opportunities?

Personally, I think the increasing use of artificial intelligence in hiring processes is like a double-edged sword. In some cases it may help because AI should be more objective, therefore there would be any bias involved. However, I I think in some cases AI might actually destroy people’s chances because AI cannot see implicit gestures […]

I believe that it depends on their character and their nature. Even though some people prefer living in a multicultural city or country, other people choose their own cultural society.
