This was actually a nice topic because I just did my interview before this and it’s using an AI for my hiring process. So actually I have a very, you know, kind of like, natural position in regards to that concerning that issue because I personally think that I am actually more into a traditional method of like using a personal HR interview or like a human-based interactions instead of AI in the hiring process. But again, I think the negative impact of that might be, you know, affecting the subjective fit of the HR interviewer towards the applicants or candidates. While AI couldn’t have the ability to detect that feelings, emotions, or any subjectivity because they’re not having a minor, not having the feeling to be able to react to that. But I personally don’t think it will up. I think it is we have to separate between what kind of the hiring process or hiring stages needed an AR to be able to evaluate candidates, qualifications or measurements. But I think for the interview processes or the final pitch, I think the bosses or the managers have to be able to spend some time to be able to look at the candidates more closely, to be able to look at the direct personalities and what traits are more to offer instead of using AI.
