Artificial intelligence can make hiring faster and more efficient, but it also raises several ethical concerns. The main issue is bias. If an AI system is trained using past recruitment data that contains discrimination, it may continue to favor certain genders, age groups, or educational backgrounds. For example, a highly qualified candidate could be excluded simply because their CV doesn't contain specific keywords.
